As a health care Professional, I know or thought I knew the importance of eating right and exercising. It wasn’t until I was introduced to David’s book and approach that I really understood what I was doing and why. I had never lifted weights before, or stuck to any sort of structured nutritional plan. I was nervous because this was all new to me and I was scared of failing.
David’s approach made it easy, by taking one day at a time and keeping everything simple. He showed me the importance of balancing exercise and nutrition so that I can make the important choices that will keep me fit and in great shape for the rest of my life.
